The live-action adaptation of Prince of Tennis, Fight On, Youth, starring Peng Yuchang, recently aired on Mango TV. I've only watched two episodes. About a week ago, I watched around six episodes of The King's Avatar, starring Yang Yang. These two TV dramas, adapted from an anime and a novel respectively, were both long-awaited treats for me. I also really like both lead actors. After watching them, I have to say they were both excellent and lived up to my expectations. But what puzzled me was that after a few episodes of The King's Avatar, I started to lose interest, while Fight On, Youth had a stronger pull and made me want to keep watching. Below, I'll try to analyze my own thought process and explain, from the perspective of an ordinary viewer, why I find Fight On, Youth more enjoyable than The King's Avatar.

I have watched both Struggle Boy and Full-time Master. I don't know why. I just feel that compared to Struggle Boy, Full-time has less blood and passion, and it lacks the feeling of risking everything to fight for your dreams. P. S. Peng Peng is really amazing. Take my brother away to this tennis quickly. His acting skills are quite online. I checked and found that he is even better than the Golden Horse Best Actor. His acting is superb. Peng Peng himself is very funny from the perspective of the life he yearns for. He plays the role of a cold and arrogant boy and he doesn't let me out of the drama! This is so rare... I would like to give a big praise to Peng Peng~ Come on
And the opening and ending theme of "Struggle Boy" is really brain-washing. It's still playing in my head now...
I am a fan of anime and novels, and I went to watch the show when it aired. I am a fan of YY dramas, so I automatically have high expectations for his dramas, but after watching it, I felt it was not good. I felt like Ye Xiu without the show. The greater the expectations, the greater the disappointment. Then fight, young man, I don't really like it either. Ryoma is very attractive, but Pengpeng doesn't feel that way, and he was a little resistant at the beginning, so there may be a filter, and the Lord, Keigo is not very good either.
I have been a full-timer for four years and an Internet king for eight years. It was all because of my youth. To be honest, I didn't support it. I didn't watch it. Maybe it was because I was reluctant to help. After watching the trailer, I kept complaining until it started airing. I even uninstalled TX in order not to irritate my eyes. I was really tired of the real-person full-time and my impression of the real-person full-time. It's like I'm going to poke your kidneys four times in a row. Compared with the original intention of King of Net, I watched the 2009 version and to be honest I didn't like it very much. I knew it would be remade, so I was actually a little reluctant to do it. But after watching the trailer, I actually looked forward to it. In the first episode, when Zhengsheng walked in a row wearing the team uniform, it was really the original intention! Awsl that feeling
I thought so too hahahaha
How can I put it, I have also watched these two dramas, and Struggle Boy is more attractive to me. Firstly, it is because I felt a bit reversed after watching The Longing for Life. Secondly, because of the unique sense of youth and the passion for continuous improvement in Struggle Boy, which makes people feel that this is youth. It may also be because I am also a high school student, and there is this kind of ball competition in school. It is very close to my life and I can relate to it.
I really like the original novel and anime version of Master Avatar. There are some things that cannot be expressed through simple lines and added plots. Some changes made in the TV series version are useless. Although it highlights the power of Yiye Zhiqiu, it weakens some contradictions, which made me look forward to it at the beginning and now give up on the show. As for "Strive Boy", although there is Prince of Tennis Zhuyu in the front, he added some elements (sand sculptures) to make it look quite good, and I have been following it. These two TV series are actually very popular regardless of the popularity and fans of the original work, so the difference is reflected in the adaptation and acting skills. Yang Yang's acting skills have indeed improved, but the popularity of his previous roles was too poor, while Peng Yuchang's acting skills have been very good and improving, and his popularity among the public is very good. In addition, the other actors in Struggle Boy are very good. In comparison, I prefer Struggle Boy.
