[Lord of the Mysteries] Eye of the Storm

Modern AU.

Set in the post-Mystery era. The twenty-two Paths of the Divine and all related knowledge have become history, vanishing along with the potion ingredients. However, some Beyonder Characteristics have been passed down through Beyonder bloodlines due to certain mutations. People now understand Beyonders as something closer to superpowered individuals.

The main pairings are Derrick x Alger and the background pairing is Klein x Danitz. Qilingus x Alger is a past relationship.

#Reposted after being taken down on Lao Fu Te. I'll try my best to turn this mosquito-swatting series fragment into a coherent story based on the original outline.

I wrote the outline a while ago, so some of the later canon ended up face-slapping a few of my ideas QAQ. But it's an AU anyway [.

So if some of the details aren't quite right, just let it go. The author is cringing [.
