Waiting for Love

I fell in love with Yinxiang long ago, when I read Er Yuehe's Kangxi the Great. His bold spirit and tragic fate broke my heart, and I never knew how to express all the tenderness I felt for him. Then I read the script for Yongzheng Dynasty, where Yinxiang was even more lovable. When I finally watched the show, Wang Hui's portrayal of him was simply... Lord Thirteenth! When I wrote this story, I never expected to publish it, so I was very casual about it. Some parts draw on Kangxi the Great and Yongzheng Dynasty, and I hope you'll forgive me. Those details are woven into the story, so they're hard to change. I'm very sorry.

I type very slowly, so please bear with me. I'll do my best. First, let me introduce the story and its chapters. There are eight chapters in all, with a prologue and an epilogue. It begins in Jiangxia Town, where the characters return to the capital after disaster relief, and continues until... The heroine is called Ling Er. As for whether she called me that first, or I called her that first, well, you can decide for yourselves. Hehe!

I spent three months writing the whole story. There are no particularly ornate words, and I didn't rack my brains over it. I simply wrote it with all my heart.
