[Honor of Kings] The Imperial Capital Showdown

Honor of Kings fanfiction

The outline is finished, and the entire story will follow it closely. Updates may be slow. This is just something I wrote for my own amusement.

The characters are based on their original Honor of Kings lore, and the plot references the original story, though I only borrowed a few things where necessary. The outline itself is original, with absolutely no intention of plagiarizing.

I wrote this just for fun, but if you'd like to read it, you're very welcome.

[About the ships]

This story ships Ming Shiyin and Yi Xing, as well as Han Xin and Li Bai. There may also be a little bit of Lanling Wang and Li Bai if needed. Li Bai and Shangguan Wan'er, or Gongsun Li and Pei Qinhu, may have somewhat ambiguous relationships, but they're not couples, hehe.

You're welcome here, but please don't bring your ships into this story. It's a matter of respect for the Li Bai I'm writing, who is based on his original skin.

(In the Honor of Kings universe, Li Bai has no connection to Han Xin, Wang Zhaojun, or Daji, so I haven't included them in the outline. Sorry.)

My protagonists are the members of Yao Tian, Ming Shiyin and Yi Xing.

Ming Shiyin is the main villain in the original lore, but I'm writing from his perspective, so Di Renjie's side will seem more like the villains here. Please don't flame me.

Theme: The world of Honor of Kings is so vast, and everyone in it is pitiable. So why does Ming Shiyin have to be a villain, and Di Renjie a hero? Like Ruyi's Royal Love in the Palace, which insists on portraying the villain everyone thinks they know, the wicked empress, as a hero, I want to try that style. No story has an absolutely good hero or an absolutely evil villain. I'm simply choosing to write from the perspective you consider villainous, that's all.
