The Founder of Claw Machine Decides to Stop Being Human

Blurb: George Wickham, a transmigrator, married his childhood sweetheart Georgiana. With support from his father-in-law and his brother-in-law, the two successive Mr. Darcys, he gradually made his fortune and lived a fairly comfortable life in nineteenth-century England. His only regret was that he wouldn't live long enough to enjoy air conditioning, soda, and the internet... Then, by chance, he attended the funeral of his distant great-grandniece, Mary Joestar, and met her husband, George Joestar, and their infant son, Jonathan Joestar. The elderly man was so excited he could hardly contain himself. "I'm giving up my humanity!" Put on the Stone Mask, become a vampire, and live to see the new millennium! But things weren't as simple as transmigrator Joe Wickham had imagined. In 1868, not long after the end of the American Civil War, Princess Sisi had just helped bring about the birth of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the Kingdom of Sardinia had unified all of Italy, the Meiji Restoration in Japan was about to begin, and the German Empire was on the verge of being established... Should he keep enjoying the last days of the British Empire's "prosperity" in the Victorian era, or face the storm for the sake of life more than a century later? In his confusion, Joe suddenly remembered something he'd said at a salon when he was young: "How about calling our secret society Hydra?" I thought I was a transmigrator into a book, playing a male side character in Pride and Prejudice. I never imagined I'd discover the Stone Mask right before I died, and that I might even be a founding member of Hydra. Is something wrong with my life? Short blurb: I'm looking for the Stone Mask, building Hydra, and pulling the strings from behind the scenes, but I know I'm a good homebody. To live long enough to play computer games in the modern era, Joe Wickham, who transmigrated to the nineteenth century, is giving up his humanity! (Thanks to my friend for the idea XD) A friendly reminder: Stories combining two or more genres are automatically categorized as Infinite quick transmigration, but this story has no quick transmigration. It stays in one world the whole time. T.T This story was cut short for many reasons. QWQ I've created a Joewickham Trilogy series on my profile and will finish the whole story in a future installment. QWQ Theme: A transmigrator establishes an organization for world peace and to liberate and develop the productive forces.
