[Western Crossover] The Fox's Reward

I, Bai Yue'an, am a fox spirit whom my clan and familiars consider the worst liar around. Though I never actually lie, I just occasionally leave out a few details. And I'm not a fox spirit, I'm a fox immortal.

About seventy years ago, when I had just arrived here, I got hurt and was picked up by two men. It was in Brooklyn, New York. The men who found me were a short guy with blond hair and blue eyes, and a brown-haired, blue-eyed heartbreaker.

To be more specific, my owners even got into a fight over what to name me... Of course, it wasn't that dramatic. They just couldn't agree.

One insisted on naming me after my fur color: White. The other insisted on naming me after my defining feature: Fuzzy.

So I, who came from China, got a foreign name: Fuzzy White, or Fuzzy White.

I, Fuzzy White, an honest fox immortal, am still working hard to repay my debt of gratitude today.

This is a vent fic written after learning how Avengers: Endgame ends. If you came over from my other superhero story next door [though you probably haven't], then you should know that I won't rest easy unless the Purple Sweet Potato is killed!!!

Once the Purple Sweet Potato is dead, I'll go back to updating the superhero story!

I haven't read the comics, only watched the movies, so don't ask about any plot holes. If you do, the answer is that it's an alternate interpretation.
