Yu Su is the little prince of the Kingdom of Shanshan, adored by everyone from top to bottom. Spoiled since childhood, he's gentle and kind by nature, and has lived a carefree life. But one day, he wakes up alone in the wilderness, looking completely different, with a vicious little monster in his arms. In a daze, he follows someone back to the Mu family, nervously afraid that they'll notice something is wrong and drag him off to be burned. Instead, he discovers that everyone in the family is strange in private, and the strangest of all is the owner of his current body, Mu Su.
Even more vexing, the monster, who calls himself A Bai, insists that the two of them made a pact: Yu Su must feed him his flesh and blood in exchange for the lives of more than a hundred members of the Mu family. The little demon might be excused for having no real skills, but all he does is cause trouble, and he keeps shouting that he's going to eat Yu Su. Yu Su gives the little fraud a thorough beating and decides to raise him properly from now on, making absolutely sure he doesn't take the path of evil. But no matter how well he raises, trains, pampers, and indulges him, a monster is still a wild monster. Once it grows up, it's bound to eat people...
