The World's Greatest Imperial Preceptor

Fang Tinglan once thought that someone like him deserved to rot in endless darkness. He never imagined that one day he would meet a little immortal, and develop feelings of greed, anger, and delusion. And his little immortal just happened to let him hold on, slowly descending from the empty air where he had nowhere to land, until at last his feet touched solid ground. So this was what the mortal world, with its passing years and everyday warmth, tasted like.

He thought that making sense of your own life was already difficult enough. Why bother becoming an immortal?

They traded barbs in public and flirted in private. In endless darkness, they held close a spark of warmth in their hearts.

The seemingly good but actually not-so-good Imperial Preceptor is the uke x the eunuch seme with one secret identity after another (that's fine).

The seme will be remembered for infamy for ten thousand years x the uke will be remembered for virtue for a hundred generations.

The seme is a real eunuch. Don't ask. Let's just say he's pretty ruthless even with himself.

Meeting is fate, and whether to stay or go is up to you. If you don't like it, please don't force yourself to keep reading. Novels are just for your own enjoyment. [Important, pay attention] If you don't like it, you really don't have to tell me.

In a poetic version: I draw the Daoist priest into this world of sensual pleasures, this rolling mortal realm.

If there is no paradise in this world, then I'll create one with my own hands.

I think these two may each have their own peculiar style, but when it comes to love, their feelings are mutual. Sweet, sweet, sweet. Also known as Half for the Dao, Half for You.

Theme: Be true to yourself, and never regret your original intentions.
