New novel, The Master Keeps Crashing Again [Quick Transmigration], now open for advance reservations:
On the wedding night of Mu Yin, an elder of the Qingyi Sect, her eldest disciple Qi Zhe unexpectedly went into cultivation deviation. Wielding a longsword, he pierced her fiance's heart, nearly turning the wedding into a funeral.
As the bride, Mu Yin was at a loss at the scene before her. The culprit, whom she had just subdued, had blood at the corner of his mouth and a pale face. As he fainted against her shoulder, he furrowed his brow and murmured, "Master, it hurts so much."
Mu Yin had no choice. After cleaning up the mess, she entered the illusory realm woven for her disciple by his inner demon, hoping to wake him.
She never expected that in the mind of her usually proper and rule-abiding disciple, she would always be cast as a terrible woman???
First world: The aloof, high-ranking first disciple of an immortal sect x a rabbit demon who seduces him off his pedestal to survive a tribulation
Second world: A fallen prince held hostage in an enemy kingdom x a princess of a vassal state who seizes him on a whim
Third world: The center candidate on an idol group's survival show x a female mentor who flirts with contestants just to pass the time
Fourth world: A devoted, cold-hearted campus heartthrob x the wicked first love who takes three million from his mother and leaves
A few things to know before you start:
1. The blurb is too long to fit everything, so there should be more than four worlds.
2. The illusory realm and reality are partially intertwined. In reality, it's a female master and her younger male disciple, with an age gap and an unusual relationship.
3. I'm not sure what needs a warning, so... the female lead is a bit of a jerk. She's either crashing and burning or on her way to it.
Novel blurb:
After transmigrating into a matriarchal world, Lin Weirui opens her eyes to find her father standing by the bed, holding a bowl of medicine to care for her because she has been injured.
Outside the door, a servant kneels and admits his guilt for failing to protect his mistress.
In the woodshed in the rear courtyard, a handsome young man is locked up for injuring someone.
The reason "she" was hurt was that she had abducted this young man, who had not yet come of age, off the street and brought him home, then rushed to take him as a concubine. The young man fought back and stabbed her in the heart with a hairpin, bringing Lin Weirui into this body.
As a law-abiding citizen, Lin Weirui is utterly bewildered. With no other choice, she tearfully takes on the mess left by the body's original owner. She studies hard, earns a degree, enters the court, and honors her parents.
She even makes arrangements for the beautiful young man who was abducted. To clean up the original owner's mess, she has no choice but to take him into her chambers. Though they are not a real married couple, she treats him with respect.
She intends to help him become successful, so that one day he can leave her and live a prosperous life on his own.
Unbeknownst to her, the concubine who is "gentle and virtuous" in public is secretly weaving an enormous web...
#The higher the heavens, the darker the male lead's heart#
#My concubine is too frail to fend for himself. Don't you dare badmouth him!#
#The little cabbage I raised myself turned out to be a man-eating flower?#
A few things to know before you start:
1. The female lead is genuinely self-disciplined, courteous, and sweetly naive. She's so naive that she thinks the world's most scheming male lead is the most pitiful person alive.
2. The male lead pretends to be a white lotus but is really a black one. He never goes easy on anyone he tricks. If a god stands in his way, he'll kill the god; if a Buddha stands in his way, he'll kill the Buddha. Then he'll cry and ask the female lead to wipe his hands for him.
3. Protect the world's best childhood friends and their most sincere feelings (not really).
4. The entire novel takes place in a matriarchal world. Women bear children, women bear children, not men.
