[Land of the Lustrous] Tourmaline's Journey

Paraiba tourmaline is the most precious kind of tourmaline, known for its beautiful blue color. It has piezoelectric and pyroelectric effects (look them up yourself if you don't know what those are). This is a story about a gemstone with human emotions who feels out of place among its cold, unfeeling peers.

The plot is based on the anime and manga. I won't stop updating until that old rascal Ichikawa resumes the series.

(The golden finger is that Paraiba knows everything humans know, up through 2019. So it knows nothing about humanity's extinction. Its knowledge works a bit like a search engine: information won't come up unless it thinks to look for it.)
