Madly in Love

Before Gu Ping'an turned seventeen, everyone bullied and humiliated him... A monster deserved to be treated that way. Even he believed it.

Then a cold, noble young man unintentionally tore a hole in the curtain of darkness, letting a ray of pure light spill through. With a frosty gaze and quiet voice, he said, "Gu Ping'an, don't let others walk all over you!"

"There are no two people in the world who are exactly alike. Accepting what makes you different is a basic rule of survival. Don't you understand?"

Gu Ping'an beat up the people who had bullied him.

The young man smiled, as if he had finally succeeded in reforming some object, and said quietly, "Agreed!" He agreed to be friends.

From then on, the young man was the moonlight in Gu Ping'an's heart. Gu Ping'an obtained a safety charm at a Buddhist temple, binding his fate to the young man's.

If he lived, Gu Ping'an would live; if he died, Gu Ping'an would die.

A storm, an oath made by the bedside, years apart, and longing taking root and growing wildly in his heart.
