[The Grave Robbers' Chronicles] Nu Hai Qian Sha and Qinling Sacred Tree

There are countless tomb-raiding clans. Aside from the Zhang family, many ambitious groups like the Wang family still exist.

The Yu clan dates back to the royal family of the Xia dynasty. Its roots stretch back hundreds of years further than the Wang family's rise under Wang Canghai. It lurks in the darkest corners of the world, seeking neither treasure nor shying away from sacrifice, all to achieve its great ambition of unifying the realm.

Yu Chuannai, code-named X-7, was born in 1912, the year the Qing dynasty fell. He was born with a teardrop-shaped mole at the corner of his eye, and was the product of generations of intermarriage within the Yu clan. He possessed an extraordinary ability to heal, and after generations of modifications by his clan, he gained bone claws encased in adamantium.

Yu Chuannai escaped many times before the experiments were complete. During that time, he visited Changsha and became closely acquainted with the Jiumen. Later, weakened after the war, he was recaptured by the Yu clan. He finally escaped successfully in 2000 and rescued Zhang Qiling, whom he happened upon.

The Jiumen, the Zhang family, the Wang family, and the Yu clan: this is a bloody storm that has raged for a thousand years, and now the final battle begins...

Content warnings:

1. The timeline is researched as carefully as possible. The author watched the show before reading the original, so some dates may be changed to suit the plot.

2. Not a 1v1 romance. There is a love triangle, and the romance develops alongside the tomb-raiding plot. No danmei pairing planned for now. The female lead once had relationships with Zhang Qishan and Zhang Rishan, and Wu Xie and Zhang Qiling will join the story later.

3. The female lead is a defector from her clan. She is neither a goody-two-shoes nor a saint, and if she can solve something with her fists, she won't waste her breath.

4. More to come.
