My Bionic Lover Seems to Have Broken Down

On the seventh day after buying the latest model of bionic lover, Gu Maoning posted online: My bionic lover seems to have broken QAQ For real, he felt weird when I got up today. He wasn't as sweet and gentle as usual, and he didn't even say "Good morning" to me. I thought I was being too sensitive, but at noon, I ran my hand through his hair and he actually knocked my hand away! He even said, "Stop doing that. You're just playing with me, aren't you?" He sounded so angry! I'm so sad. I haven't spoken to him for hours. I just asked customer service, and they said they've never seen anything like this before. He needs to be sent back for repairs, and they may have to reset his System. But I don't want him to be reset. What should I do? The main story is not told in forum-post format.
