(A sweet modern-day romance after an ancient-to-modern transmigration.) Updated daily! If I miss an update, I'll post a notice in the description and try to make it up.
Prince Ding, Qing Chen, is peerlessly handsome, talented, and brilliant. When he was nineteen and led an army into battle, he found a little girl in the enemy camp. She was quiet and had never said a word, spending all day curled up inside a huge black cloak and only daring to sneak glances at him from the shadows.
This timid, introverted little girl rushed out without a second thought when assassins in black attacked, taking a fatal sword strike meant for him.
After waking up, the little girl transmigrated into the body of a sixteen-year-old girl, delicate and frail, with a heart condition. The prince, now a notorious big shot at school, took her home again. Arrogant and unruly as a bloodthirsty wolf, he nevertheless cherished her with the utmost care.
"The scar on my heart is proof of our past life."
Bonus scene:
One day, the little girl, who always kept herself tucked away in her shell, stuck her head out and went to his room. Blinking her big eyes, she pouted and said, "It's so cold in my room..."
The prince very properly took another quilt out of the cabinet and handed it to her.
But in the end, the prince's hands stiffened, not knowing where to put them, with a little girl nestled in his arms.
Qing Chen: Marrying her was something he'd wanted to do for a thousand years.
Reading guide: A cold, short-tempered big shot at school x a sweet, gentle, adorable girl
One-on-one sweet romance! If it's not sweet, you can hit me!
The hero gradually spoils the heroine until she becomes clingy. In the ancient-era story, they have a mutual crush. The heroine's heart condition is connected to the arrow wound she suffered in her past life.
My upcoming book, Transmigrating into a Book as the CEO's Frail Little White Flower, is now open for preorders! Click the author's profile at the top to find it! A modern-day transmigration-into-a-book story! Super sweet!
Ling Huan transmigrated into a book, landing in a popular male-oriented novel, in the body of a female antagonist who shared her name and would eventually bring about her own downfall.
The antagonist was an astonishingly beautiful young woman, but also a frail little white flower, spoiled beyond reason and capable only of getting herself into trouble.
After falling in love with the hero at first sight, she used all sorts of despicable means to force him to give in. But the hero was a wolf in sheep's clothing: not only was he cold and gloomy, his family's power was so formidable it made people tremble. The female antagonist was eventually thrown to Africa to feed the piranhas, meeting a truly miserable end.
After transmigrating into the book, Ling Huan thought about the original plot and shuddered. The moment she saw the hero, she was so frightened she burst into tears, then scrambled away as fast as she could and swore to stay at least ten feet away from him forever.
But fate had other plans. Her delicate body started having problems whenever she was away from the hero. The heart monitor would start beeping at the slightest thing, and after struggling in vain, Ling Huan could only tremble her way toward him in hopes of staying alive.
In the end, Ling Huan, who had only wanted to survive and never expected to give herself to him, curled up aggrievedly in the hero's arms, crying that it hurt. And the supposedly cold, ascetic hero was soothing her gently, looking thoroughly satisfied.
One-on-one sweet romance.
