[Canon-Compliant] The Detective and the Rose

Serious blurb: In Victorian England, the glorious British Empire on which the sun never sets is heading into decline. Not-so-serious blurb: After transmigrating to England three hundred years ago and getting stuck with a bunch of greedy relatives, Rosalind's greatest wish is to escape her family and live a wealthy, peaceful life. To achieve this, she deceives an innocent detective and leads him on. Three years later, Rosalind returns to London and discovers that the young detective from back then is none other than the famous Sherlock Holmes, and he's become her neighbor. Rosalind: What the hell?! Holmes: "I believe you owe me an explanation." Rosalind: "Well... I... I want to buy 221B. When do you think you could move out?" Solving the problem is out of the question, but she can solve the person who brought it up. Later, Rosalind successfully buys 221B and takes over Mr. Holmes's bedroom. The only problem is that Holmes not only hasn't moved out, he no longer has to pay rent. Reader's notes: 1. Holmes is based on the original. I think Sherlock sounds better than Shylock. 2. The story uses flashbacks. The past will be shown through the heroine's novels. 3. There may be some details invented to serve the plot. I've tried to learn about the historical setting, but there may still be mistakes and plot holes. Please bear with me.
