After I Entered the Most Popular Fic as a Thunderbolt-Inducing Fanfic

The protagonist was thrilled when he first discovered he'd transmigrated into a book, because it was his favorite book, full of his favorite characters. It didn't take long for him to realize he hadn't transmigrated into the original. He'd ended up in a fanfic so out of character it was downright outrageous. The aloof character had become a thug, the clever and gentle character had become a helpless little wife, the sworn enemies had become a couple, and the ruthless villain had become completely love-struck. The protagonist was heartbroken and furious. He swore that even if it took everything he had, he would restore everyone's original characterizations! He finally managed it once, only to wake up the next day and find the world had changed into the setting of another fanfic. How had ordinary people from Earth suddenly become OMEGAS? Damn it, is this ever going to end?! The protagonist thought he'd eventually die of exhaustion on the front lines of his war against fanfic writers, and was beginning to hate fanfiction, when he met the original story's most unforgettable character, the one readers had never gotten over. In the original, this top, beautiful, powerful, and tragic, had died early and lived on only in everyone's memories. But now he was alive and well. Not dying was already the biggest departure from the original character. For the first time, the protagonist wavered in his mission to protect the original characterization. [Little skit] The protagonist at first: Every day I want to die alongside these fanfic writers. The protagonist later: Sob, I was wrong before! You're so bold in your writing, so take back that death already! Let him live! Don't make me kneel and beg you, author! The protagonist in the end: Fanfic writers are my second parents. Thank you for making this happen. Thank you, everyone. Protagonist is the bottom; the resurrected beloved character is the top. √ Theme: Take your fate into your own hands.
