I Heard I Was Deeply Devoted to a Scumbag

Foolish: Everyone said Tang Duoling had a bright and promising future, but he had never fallen for anyone before. Yet he insisted on following a scumbag, turning against his parents for him, hurting himself for him, and going to prison in someone else’s place. He gave his life for this man, only to receive a single remark at his grave: “You were just too foolish.” The One I Love: Gu Tingzhou made his fortune from nothing and was famous in the industry for keeping himself out of trouble. Even his social media feed was so clean it made people gasp. Yet he fell for a “social butterfly” who slept with anyone. He willingly became the other man’s support, even getting plastic surgery to serve as his double. But after he poured his whole heart out, the other man thanked him and pitied him, yet still didn’t love him. These were two parallel worlds, until one day they inexplicably intersected. Tang Duoling and Gu Tingzhou finally learned that they were merely characters in two books: one about a scummy seme and masochistic uke, the other about a masochistic seme and scummy uke. They were the wretches in those stories, forced to act as they did so someone else could have a happy ending. They say I’m devoted to a scumbag. How come nobody mentions I sent him to his grave? Reader’s Guide: 1. CP: Gu Tingzhou x Tang Duoling, fixed pairing, no breaking them up. Both are pure, age gap with the seme older, no side pairings, mutual pampering. 2. In their original parallel worlds, neither the seme nor the uke had any intimate contact or feelings for the scumbags. This is the story of two unlucky guys coming together and turning their bad luck into good. If all that sounds good, enjoy the story~ >▽< Theme: Smash those scumbags’ heads in
