Destroying the Divine Realm Is So Hard!

In a world ruled by the gods, those who fail the prayer ritual cannot receive divine power and are doomed to be treated as inferiors.

Thorne, however, doesn't care. He was an atheist in his previous life, and he hasn't kicked the habit in this one. Even after failing the prayer ritual and gaining the ability to grant blessings to others, he still hasn't changed his mind, because according to the prophecy, he's destined to do great things!

He's going to destroy the divine realm!

Of course, it would be nice if the five teammates he went to all the trouble to find thought so, too...

"I'm so lucky, so why doesn't any girl like me?"

"Butterflies are so beautiful... but in the end, they can't escape death. Sigh."

"Big brother, do you know who I am?"

"That's... that's my! Brother! Don't you dare take him!"

"Thorne, look, your crazy little brother is arguing with a girl again. Why don't you do something? I'm telling you, all the kids in our dragon clan are... Haaah, I'm so sleepy..."

Thorne senses that a four-on-one beatdown is about to break out, so, with a heavy heart, he throws a sleep buff on one particularly chatty teammate. Then he turns around and clings tightly to the infamous Eye of Death.

"I don't think I'll ever manage to destroy the divine realm in this lifetime. At least you're great!"

"Stay away from me."

P.S. If getting chewed out makes you withdraw into yourself, just get used to it! (Dangerous words.)
