The Moon Was Still There Back Then

When Ji Sang and Jiang Yanli met for the first time, Ji Sang fell for his looks at first sight.

To keep fate from slipping away, the delicate and sickly Ji Sang rolled up her sleeves and pretended to be Jiang Yanli's type. "I'll haul water, sweep the floors, and do all the heavy lifting! I've got plenty of strength! Here, let me open that bottle for you. I'll just... can't get it..."

Jiang Yanli: "..."

When Jiang Yanli and Ji Sang met for the first time, Jiang Yanli fell in love with her at first sight.

Wearing a gentle smile and pretending to be a gentleman, he said, "If you have to open the bottle for me, what good am I? Here, let me."

The two hit it off at once, and this perfect couple seemed destined to live happily ever after...

Then disaster struck.

Jiang's father: "Well, if it isn't little Ji Sang, who chased you for eight whole blocks when you were kids, pulled your pants down, and gave you a sound beating! Look how grown-up you've gotten. I've still got those photos of you naked, you know! Want to come home and see them?"

Ji Ge: "Plant, his dad's the one who bought out our dad's company! Stay the hell away from him!"

Jiang Yanli and Ji Sang: "..., &%￥!"

Damn it, all that emotional investment for nothing.

Ji Sang had been a rich heiress for twenty years when her family suddenly fell on hard times, reducing her to an ordinary nobody.

Ji Sang: "..."

She steeled herself and resolved to shoulder everything with her frail little shoulders...

Ji's father: "Heh heh heh, your dad's still got plenty of life in him. I've succeeded in business again. Your dad really is the best."

Ji Sang: "..."

She steeled herself and resolved to...

Jiang Yanli: "Is the money I earn not enough for you?"

Ji Sang: "..."

Forget it. I'll just settle down and be rich.
