Obsessive Love

[The Teacher's Day special is at @MuseFromAfar]

Lu Yixiu, a news anchor at Jiangcheng TV, is handsome and has a seductive voice. The only problem is that he can't be bothered with women, especially beautiful ones.

Rumor has it his ex-girlfriend hurt him badly, and his deep devotion was wasted on her.

Later, a beautiful intern joined the station. She was capable and sweet-tempered, and her supervisor assigned Lu Yixiu to mentor her.

Their coworkers felt sorry for her, figuring the little intern would end up in tears after dealing with him.

But then,

when the intern was short on money, Lu Yixiu found her paid promotional gigs.

When the intern had too far to travel to work, Lu Yixiu drove her there himself.

Whatever the intern needed, he gave her. He was gentle and considerate in every way, looking after her exceptionally well.

Later, at a department dinner, a coworker spotted the intern in a corner of the restaurant, impatiently saying, "You're just an ex-boyfriend. Stop telling me what to do!"

Lu Yixiu was grinning from ear to ear as he took her hand and kissed it, his voice impossibly gentle.

"Then I'll court you all over again."

"When you're in a better mood, remember to make me official."

//He gave her all his love. No matter how much time passed, it never changed.//

*A scheming, reserved news anchor x his sweet-tempered intern

*Voice fetish + faux teacher-student romance + second chance at love. The male lead is devoted in both body and heart.
