Who Am I Giving a Makeover to Today?

When he was little, Zhinian Yuya had read a picture book: [Every child has a heart's egg, which holds their dreams and disappears as they grow up.] He could see other people's Guardian Eggs and Guardian Characters, but, unlike the children in the picture book, he never had one of his own. He gradually forgot about it and went on living an ordinary life. Then, on the morning of his first day of senior year, he was horrified to find five Guardian Eggs with different patterns on his bed. ??? Well, look at that. Laying eggs, are we? Zhinian Yuya had single-handedly broken the record held by a certain elementary school student who owned four Guardian Eggs. He stared at his five eggs in dismay. The five Guardian Characters that hatched had wildly different personalities, and had nothing whatsoever to do with the person he wanted to be. On top of that, he was constantly forced to undergo image makeovers with them and do all sorts of out-of-character things, including but not limited to: Setting his head on fire and running naked through the streets, inexplicably having his eyes mutate and turning blind, or carrying a wooden sword into all sorts of places off-limits to minors, only to get caught by the dean... Zhinian Yuya: Please, I beg you, give me a break orz Then one day, his uncle told him that to fully unleash his Guardian Characters' power, he had to shout, "My heart, Un Lock!" No way! Not that!!! Reader's Guide: · Set in the world of a certain shoujo manga. The protagonist has five eggs! · Crossovers with all kinds of slice-of-life and shonen manga. · Goofy plot, maximum embarrassment. · Feel free to rate, but don't attack characters or compare them to put them down. · The title and blurb have changed. When I first started taking advance reservations for this story, the English-language author hadn't been exposed as a fraud yet, so I scrapped the outline and started over. Feel free to follow or unfollow. Theme: Keep striving to become the person you want to be.
