Yu Mingting: "Are we boyfriends?"
Everyone in Jiangcheng knows that Zhou Ze and the reckless Yu Mingting can't stand each other. Everyone, that is, except the amnesiac in question.
Zhou Ze can hardly believe that the calculating Yu Mingting could get hurt and lose his memory so easily.
To test if he's telling the truth, Zhou Ze immediately plays along. "That's right. We're so in love."

He never expected his once-isolated and ill-tempered nemesis to become so clingy after losing his memory.
Yu Mingting doesn't just ask for kisses and hugs. He even gets teary-eyed when Zhou Ze isn't around.

One evening at dinner, he can't help telling Yu Mingting the truth: "I lied. We're not a couple at all. Before you lost your memory, we had a terrible relationship."

Zhou Ze is at a loss for words, and still has to comfort his fake boyfriend, who's now miserable after hearing the truth.
As Yu Mingting shows signs of recovering his memories, Zhou Ze feels no relief at all at the thought of getting rid of a huge problem.
He almost forgot: their supposed relationship was built on a lie.
Just when he thinks getting his memory back will mean a breakup, he discovers that before losing his memory, Yu Mingting had been secretly in love with him for nearly ten years.
A story about an oblivious top and a bottom who pretends to be an innocent flower but is actually unhinged. I've never seen anything like it.
