Before meeting Iron Man,
Hermes was a quiet, beautiful top student with the great dream of completely curing cancer before she turned forty, working for the benefit of all humanity.
After meeting Iron Man,
Hermes, exasperated: "I just want to be a low-key female scientist. I don't want to be a superhero!"
Tony: "Oh, no, darling. You do."
Natasha: "Darling, you do."
Captain America: "We need you, Hermes."
