Ji Ying is a Star Lord from the heavens. She and another Star Lord, Hong Yuji, are ordered to descend to the mortal world and undergo a tribulation.

Only after descending does she learn that the great calamity facing the divine realm is actually them: two thoroughly expendable pawns.

After scraping by for fifteen years, Ji Ying is finally sacrificed to heaven by her heartless sect.

An old monster rescues her and gives her a new core.

Ever since she got this core, she's been like a female demon who has activated a super cheat.

Her true form is a two-winged Azure Dragon. Her eyes are the Sun and Moon Eyes of the Demon Cultivator God, her heart is his Cosmic Flame, her weapon is a supreme Buddhist treasure, and her followers include demon generals, divine officials, the Three Immortals of the Mirage Tower, and prodigies of the immortal sects.

The demons and monsters alike believe she's the reincarnation of the Demon Cultivator God. They want to make her their master and follow her in a charge on the royal palace.

She's loaded with riches and surrounded by countless followers: a bona fide chosen final boss.
