The Grumpy One and the Timid One

[Struggling to update]

Blurb: Once upon a time, there was a mountain. On the mountain lived a giant dragon, who ordered a pet egg from a witch. It hatched into a skinny little snake.

The giant dragon named him Little Rope.

Little Rope was very naughty when he first hatched. He shouted things the giant dragon couldn't understand, all fierce and haughty. He used his baby teeth to gnaw through the lettuce Mr. Dragon had planted in the garden, so the dragon tied him into a bow and hung him on the door.

"Hiss!"

[You wretch! Once I regain my magic and reveal my true form, I'll skin you alive!]

Mr. Dragon was utterly unmoved. "Bite the lettuce again and I'll pull out your teeth."

"Hiss..."

He curled up into a cinnamon roll.

[Blurb Two]

One day, the Dragon God decided to reward his brave descendant.

Dragon God: "Young dragon, I can grant you two wishes~"

Mr. Dragon wiped the bloody stains from his face, then looked at his pet demon snake, who was lying on the ground with dull scales and still stubbornly hissing at him. He furrowed his brow slightly.

Mr. Dragon said, "Send that demon snake home, and then find the person who loves me most."

The Dragon God nodded and disappeared along with the demon snake.

Two seconds later, the demon snake, still dull-scaled, fell into Mr. Dragon's arms.

Mr. Dragon: "...?"

Demon Snake: "...Hiss."
