When the Protagonist Encounters a Bug

Ming is a bug-like existence in countless worlds. One day, while traveling, he encounters a System that comes right to him.

System 6621: "Do you want to be reborn? Do you want power? Do you want to change your fate? Do you want everything you've ever wanted?

If you do, sign a contract with me! Once we sign, you can defy fate and change your destiny. I can give you everything you want!"

Ming, intrigued: "Are you sure you want to sign a contract with me?"

6621, resolute: "Absolutely."

Ming: "All right. I hope you won't regret it."

One minute later, after looking over Ming's stats, 6621 is frantic. Damn it, I've already started regretting this! Is it too late to terminate the contract with my Host?

Ming: "What are you thinking about?"

6621, instantly cowering: "I... I'm not thinking about anything!"

In short, this is the story of an overpowered Host traveling through various worlds with his own silly, adorable System.

Note: This story has no romance, no romance, no romance. Important things should be said three times.

My next upcoming story is The Island Lord's Travel Diary. Interested readers can check it out.

Legend has it that the lord of a celestial island, who had been in seclusion for a thousand years, has emerged. According to reliable sources, the lord, who has never left the island, plans to travel beyond it this time.

On hearing the news, the various lords make preparations and hope to leave a good impression on him.

But one year passes, then two... then ten, and the island lord still hasn't shown up.

Island Lord: "You might not believe me, but I really did go traveling. I just wasn't in your world."
