Don't Keep the Black Lotus Emperor as a Substitute [Book Transmigration]

I'm a miserable doctor who one day transmigrated into a melodramatic novel, The Secret History of the Forbidden Palace, and became a notorious chief eunuch. At least I was a fake eunuch. Being a fake eunuch was bad enough, but I also had a deadly System mission: kill the great villain and save the male lead. I looked at the pitiful young villain, a little prince whose mother had died, and didn't know what to do. The kid glared at me ominously. "You'll regret this." Aw, he's so cute. I can't bring myself to do it. I sighed and forced a kind smile. "Your Highness, don't be afraid. I'm a good person." The kid said coldly, "Castrated dog." What a brat. Oh well, I'll raise him properly. He'll grow out of it. But when he grew up, things seemed to go a little wrong. The young and handsome Black Lotus emperor pinned me firmly to the imperial bed with one hand. His deep eyes were bloodshot, but his voice was gentle and soft. "Teacher, I finally understand. You were kind to me because of this face of mine." "???" "A nephew takes after his uncle. I'm nothing but a copy of him, aren't I?" "No, listen, I can explain..." Damn it, how am I supposed to explain? That uncle of yours is the original male lead, the target my System assigned me to save! It's my job, understand? Content warnings: 1. [My next story] I Mistook the Villainous Immortal Venerable for the One I Had to Save I transmigrated into a melodramatic danmei novel. My mission was to save the original shou and keep him from turning evil. I infiltrated the villain's lair and rescued the original shou when he was a child. Then I worked hard for years to raise the frail boy into a handsome young man. To earn his trust, I even made up a superstitious story about how he'd saved my life in a past life, and how I'd come to repay him in this one. He actually believed me. What a relief. Someone that sweet and naive surely wouldn't turn evil. Then one day, the System told me I'd mistaken him for someone else. I'd mistaken the great villain, Gu Xuecheng, Lord of Lingxiao City, for the original shou when he was a child. The only way to fix this was to fake my death at once and find the original shou under a new identity. ...Oh, shit. Everyone knew that the cold and ruthless Lord of Lingxiao City, Gu Xuecheng, had a beloved who died saving him. That person was Gu Xuecheng's untouchable weakness, a wound etched into his heart. But no one knew that, at that very moment, in a remote little town, the dead beloved was gently coaxing a beautiful young man to take his medicine. "Come on, it doesn't taste bad. You asked why I'm so good to you? Didn't I tell you? You saved my life in a past life." Gu Xuecheng had once believed that the man who rescued him from hell, the man who gently promised to repay his debt, was a light that belonged to him alone. But he was wrong. He watched the man he knew so well beside the arrogant, beautiful young man, and felt his heart bleed. The man said casually, "Sorry. I mistook you for someone else back then." So it had only been a case of mistaken identity. [Cool, chaste immortal venerable gong x mature, gentle, composed shou] Theme: Saving each other and growing together
