Story introduction:
After barely graduating from Hufflepuff, Cheng Yishui finishes seven uneventful years of study and opens a little alchemy shop in Diagon Alley. She sells all kinds of strange alchemical objects she has made herself or picked up here and there.
----------------------------World divider----------------------------
After thinking he was about to die of illness, he suddenly opened his eyes and found himself in a foreign land, miraculously cured by strange magic. But he had lost his ability to communicate and his knowledge of the world. Xi Zhicai, a member of the Yingchuan elite and a celebrated scholar of the Wei and Jin dynasties, is in for a shock when he finds himself in the magical world.
Reading guide:
The magical world timeline is the Marauders’ era.
Pairing: Xi Zhicai, yes, you read that right, the one from the Three Kingdoms.
About Xi Zhicai: “Xi Zhicai, from Yingchuan, was proficient in military strategy and had great insight and far-reaching plans. He first served Cao Cao in Luoyang, where they formed a close bond. His birth and death dates are unknown. Zhicai was his courtesy name; his given name is unknown. His name for his entire life was Zhong.”
A brief introduction to Xi Zhicai in Records of the Three Kingdoms:
“Xi Zhicai and Guo Jia were criticized for their unconventional conduct, but were recommended for their intelligence and strategy.”
“Taizu valued him greatly.” [What’s wrong with Taizu?]
“After Zhicai died, there was no one left with whom to discuss affairs.”
Estimated age analysis:
Guo Jia, who was a contemporary of Zhicai, entered Cao Cao’s service in 196 CE at the age of 26.
Guo Jia was recommended after Zhicai’s death. Based on other evidence, Zhicai likely died around 194 or 195 CE.
Xun Yu, who was slightly older than Zhicai and introduced him to Cao Cao, entered Cao’s service in 191 CE at the age of 29.
Zhicai was also slightly older than Guo Jia, so his estimated age at death was around 24 or older.
Since dying at 30 did not count as an early death during the Three Kingdoms period, Zhicai, who is described as having died young, must have been under 30.
So Zhicai was probably around 24 to 29 when he died.
ORZ, considering the age of our adorable heroine, I’ve set his age as low as possible while staying within a reasonable range.
Note: It’s hard to find a brilliant, incredibly handsome big shot who never married, died in his twenties, and still went down in history [whispering].
One-on-one pairing, light and sweet, updates whenever inspiration strikes, not abandoned.
Jimei, do you have inspiration now? There are too few male protagonists who play Zhicai.
Don't you have any inspiration yet?
Dad, have you given up? Cry Jiji (?í _ ì?)
