A Zao has always known that her family aren't spirit beasts, but monsters.
Her mother is an elegant, noble, calm, and beautiful otherworldly flower. Her father is a snow boy with stubby legs who is even more childish than she is.
And she, the child of the otherworldly flower and snow boy, is a firefly grass, a hybrid of an otherworldly flower and a snow boy.
This makes absolutely no sense!!!
When she was eleven, A Zao finally reached level 35, with three ultimate martial souls, each progressing at one-ninth the usual speed.
So her mother sent her to Shrek Academy. Sorry, on the way there she picked up little brother number one, Yi Mu Lian (?).
And so began her life as the big sister.
