When a pocket watch fell to Earth, everything changed dramatically.

Life entered a countdown.

Humanity was divided into several groups for no apparent reason.

Some could celebrate because of it. Others lost their lives.

But only one pocket watch represented the end.

Selection of candidates loading into the [Starting Land]...

Tang Lu had thought his days in the hospital would mark the end of his life. He never expected to wake up one night to find the world transformed.

Qin Chen had thought this was just an ordinary hospital stay after an injury. He never expected that from then on, his life would depend on someone else.

What did the pocket watch that fell from the sky mean? What did its hands turning backward signify?

Words appeared inside the watch's cover, along with life-or-death crises that left no easy choices.

"Pocket Watch Rule One: Those without a pocket watch will eventually wander in darkness."

A frail, chronically blood-spitting bottom with a powerful backer X a strong-as-an-ox, human-weapon top with ordinary luck

Little skit:

Tang Lu: My skill is called CPA.

Qin Chen: My skill is called CFA.

Tang Lu: My skill items are a few books.

Qin Chen: My skill items are a few knives.

Bystander: What are books?

Tang Lu: Accounting, Auditing, Financial Cost Management, Economic Law, Tax Law, and Corporate Strategy and Risk Management.

Bystander: Ah, I know! Your skill's full name is Certified Public Accountant?

Tang Lu: No, it's "Can't Afford it, Pay with your life. That's just how it is."

Bystander: ...Then CFA doesn't mean Chartered Financial Analyst either?

Qin Chen: It means "Cheap kitchen appliances for a small home." I've got knives, pots, and a blender.

You think I'm a serious person, but I'm really not. Hehe~
