I saw that Cap had grown white hair within five years, even though he hadn't grown any in seventy years... And since he passed the shield to Falcon, I wrote a serum-wears-off story.
He really couldn't be the kind of person who abandons a world that needs him to pursue a false happiness.
I will always love him.
