Did I Rule the World Today?

I am the essence of water in the Arakawa River, a goldfish yokai who has lived for a hundred years, and the ruler of the waters! I am the cutest great yokai in the world! What? You're saying that the otter who just bangs shells by the river is the ruler of the waters? Heh heh. To conquer the world, I'll start with a small goal. Today, I'll bring that organization called the Demon Slayer Corps under my command. Tomorrow, I'll make that otter meow and admit that I'm the ruler of the waters! Oh ho, I really am a genius! A certain otter: Go to sleep. You can have anything in your dreams. Some small-time boss of a port delivery company in Yokohama says the city is his turf? Just you wait! Today, I, the great one, will teach you a proper lesson! A certain human scum: "Sui Miao-chan, try this. It's super sweet!" Awooo, so sweet! This little boss seems pretty agreeable after all. I'll spare his life today! Oh ho, someone dares to call himself king in a land I rule? That's a challenge to me! Today, this demon king will make you all meow! A certain Third King: ... (He holds a hand against her head, letting her flail her short limbs and punch at the air.) Damn it, don't get too cocky! I only used one percent of my strength. Now I'll get serious! A certain sword fanatic: Sorry, our lord is having another episode. I'll take her away now. (Picks her up.) Aaaaaah! You lousy swords, let go of my collar! Who said you could carry me off? Heh heh, do you think I'll surrender just because of this? I should go beat up the Bureau of Time first and claim the top spot. Then I'll melt down all these disobedient swords! (smiles) The Most Beautiful Blade in the World: Open your mouth. Take your medicine. Theme: Growing along the way and finding friendship, family, love, and hope.
