On the night Jing Xi came of age, she was chosen by a System and sent to small worlds to save lives that were destined to end too soon. The System required her to succeed, or it would trap her in a dream. And because the System's data was incomplete, her own body's data was used in the dream, making the dream version nearly 99 percent identical to her.
After seven consecutive nights of long dreams, she went on to live several years of an ordinary, peaceful life, growing into the even-tempered adult she is today.
But in the year she turned twenty-five, she suddenly discovered that the names from those seven nights of dreams were appearing one after another.
She started to panic a little.
