A short Onmyoji fanfic I wrote so I could pull a new wife, Shiranui. I'm definitely going to get her!!
Some stories I imagined about Shiranui and Kamo Yoshinobu, with both sweet and angsty moments (?)
Written from the two characters' first-person perspectives.
Written on a whim, and completely faithful to the original character descriptions and biographies for the Shikigami Shiranui. Basically, I let my imagination run wild and filled in some details, adding a few personal headcanons to the characters and expanding them into a story.
To make the story work better, I changed a few minor details. For example, Kamo Yoshinobu, as an Onmyoji, can take the courtesan Ah Li out to sea (...). Anyway, just read it casually.

Theme:
I think Shiranui longs for freedom. One day, even if she doesn't meet Kamo Yoshiko, she will still break out of the cage and become the great demon Shiranui. Kamo brought her the feeling of freedom and made her clearly aware that she wanted to break out of the prison, so I think Kamo Yi's concern for her freedom was more of an opportunity than a decisive factor. To sum up, I think that even if Kamo Yishina didn't show up, she would still reject the castle lord. (Only personal understanding)
