It's been too long. I can't remember a lot of the plot details or the little clues I planted, so it's just too difficult to continue.
I really did plan to give the two villains a little redemption here, at least give their evil actions a reasonable motive or explanation.
But I can't keep writing. A lot happened while I was writing the main story, but I got through it, and I understand what I want more clearly now. I also know I'm not nearly as resolute as I thought.
That's a good thing. It had a hugely positive impact on me! I hope I can be more persistent from now on, and I hope I'll write stories you like that have a positive impact on you.
