Ye Yixi is a brilliant, award-winning maverick director. But when she opens her eyes, she finds herself transmigrated into the body of an obscure young actor with the same name, years in the future.
The actor has no money, influence, or connections. After being falsely accused of riding on the co-star top-tier star's fame, she's been smeared all over the internet.
The top-tier star's fans: Useless pretty face, get out of showbiz!
Instead, they get a livestream of their own idol enthusiastically recommending Ye Yixi's work.

Determined to find fault, the fans all set out to figure out what Ye Yixi had done.
A day later, several replies bump the thread slamming her back to the top of the fan forum:
[Just a passerby, but is this the useless pretty face you were talking about?]
[I secretly took out everyone who insulted Director Ye above. Please, Director Ye, keep making films!]
[Hey, is it really appropriate to say that while calling yourself a fan?]
In the year 2x77, Blue Star's technology advances rapidly, with new high-tech products appearing one after another. The entertainment industry, however, was set back by war and a cultural rupture, falling hundreds of years behind.
Before Ye Yixi appeared, the film and television industry in this world had been bleak and desolate for a long time.
The people of Blue Star never appeared at the Federation's film awards. Whenever that happened, they became the laughingstock of the entire interstellar community, not even worthy of a nomination.
Then Ye Yixi, a director said to use the cheapest camera, appeared before everyone with a film that took them all by surprise.
Movie fans across the stars went wild.
