I was honestly blown away by how handsome Yang Xiao was while watching the new drama version of The Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber. It made me think, ah, wouldn't it be wonderful if Ji Xiaofu hadn't died?
So I wrote this: another Ji Xiaofu.

1. Updates are irregular. The story follows the tone of the original drama, and the heroine is a native of that world. I'll do my best to stay true to the source, but please don't nitpick the details.
2. In the original, Ji Xiaofu was over twenty when she met Yang Xiao, who was already a white-robed scholar in his forties. This is the first time I've written characters of this age, so some things may not quite work. I hope readers will be understanding. For the male lead, picture the 2019 version of Yang Xiao.
