[New Blurb]
The heroine, Yu Qing, is both handsome and beautiful, with a laid-back, go-with-the-flow attitude.
At eighteen, all she wanted was to live to twenty-five.
Much later, she began to think that maybe she could live a little longer. A little longer still.
The only person she wanted to treat sincerely mistook her for a schemer trying to climb the social ladder. Yu Qing rolled her eyes and shrugged. "I don't care. But don't mess with me. I have a bad temper."
Who could have guessed that years later, the arrogant hero would be reduced to begging? "I only ask that you love me. Love me, or I'll die."
Yu Qing folded her arms, cocked an eyebrow, and sneered. "Go ahead."
Here's my new story. Please add it to your reading list!
The heroine, Mo Wei, is twenty-eight, single for years, and has neither a house nor a car. She's dated a few perfectly ordinary men, but none of the relationships ended amicably. Despite plenty of ugly memories of arguments and falling-outs, she ultimately became a peaceful, unmarried woman of advanced age. She graduated from an ordinary second-tier college, failed her postgraduate entrance exams, then started interning and working. She runs a small shop and lives with her mother, while facing daily pressure to get married.
A lack of communication and understanding has become an unbridgeable gulf between mother and daughter, leaving their lives in disarray. By chance, Mo Wei acquires a silver bangle that is said to let its wearer make up for their greatest regret. It seems to offer a chance to repay her parents and live life anew.
The boy she met when she was young seems to have been nothing more than wishful thinking, a fool's dream.
But if this is supposed to make up for her regrets, why does it come with fair skin and long legs? And if they agreed to keep their distance, why can't she get rid of him?
Theme: Life is full of hardships. Rather than let the past torment us, we should look to the future. Fulfilling our own worth and cherishing those who treat us sincerely are both worth striving for.
Ahhhhhhh look!! But why do some fail to pass the review?
