[Crossover] Online Friends Keep Wanting to Date Me

[Announcement] I'm back, but I'm not continuing this for now. It's been a while. I'm updating a new novel...

I've been single for fifteen years, and seeing couple after couple around me made me jealous.

But a single guy never gives up! I'll turn my grief into motivation!

So what if you can date? Giving back to society through volunteer work and enriching your life is way more meaningful, isn't it?

So an app called "Heart-to-Heart Conversations: Solve Your Life's Problems" caught my eye. I downloaded it at once and signed up as a counselor. Being able to give back to society while lying in bed and playing on my phone is just amazing.

The thing is, the internet friends listed as needing a heart-to-heart keep changing their screen names, and their personalities change all the time too. Are they role-playing enthusiasts or do they have split personalities?

[Suicide Enthusiast]

[Slaughter King]

[Soba Is the Best]

[Best Detective in Yokohama]

[Take Out the Mackerel]

[Heroic King]

[Strawberry Milk Is the Best]

[Accelerator]

Whatever. I'm just an online friend listening to you vent from the other side of the screen. Do whatever you want.

Then one day, a strange man in bandages who claimed to be a food delivery guy showed up at my door, grabbed my hand, and said that from now on, he would only die with me.

Me: Are you insane??? Get out of here.

But from then on, my life changed completely. And then I realized, when had the world become so bizarre?

Also, a bunch of weirdos who claimed to be my online friends showed up at my door, saying they wanted to date me.

Hold on, I only have one patient who is an online friend. Where did all of you come from?

And I don't want to have a relationship with any of you. I'm out! Stop chasing me!! TAT

Reader's Guide:

* The blurb is in first person, but the story is in third person.

* Everyone has unrequited feelings for the protagonist. This is an unapologetically indulgent story. The characters belong to their original works; any out-of-character behavior is my fault.

* No ranking comparisons, off-topic comments, or arguments. Anyone who does that gets blocked.

* I don't know who the pairing is either. Maybe there won't be one.
