Announcement: The story is complete! I'm starting a new one, so please add it to your collection!
The Shen and Gao families have always been close, but Shen Sining and Gao Cheng can't stand each other.
One day, the two of them sat on the roof.
"Shen Sining, I hear your mother is arranging a marriage for you. I wonder what fool could possibly have his eye on you."
After hearing Gao Cheng, Shen Sining didn't hold back either. With a playful smile, she retorted, "I heard your Aunt Gao is finding you a bride, too. I wonder what blind person could possibly want a guy like you!"
Suddenly, voices came from the courtyard below:
"In-law, I like Sining very much."
"In-law, I like Cheng just as much."
Reader's guide:
1. One-on-one romance, and both leads are virgins. As always, the male lead is head over heels for the female lead.
2. The leads are childhood friends, but most of the story is about their adult lives.
3. This story is fictional and set in an imaginary world. Please don't overanalyze it.
4. If you enjoy it, please add it to your collection!
5. The blurb doesn't represent the whole story.
6. As usual, once the story is contracted, I'll update daily, usually at 9 a.m.
7. I do routine proofreading. If I make major revisions to an older story, I'll post an announcement!
A little update:
My completed stories, "Spoiled" and "Delicate Beauty," are also available. Please add them to your collection!
Please add my upcoming story, "Forced to Become a Villain!"
Gu Yao transmigrated into a book.
She found herself in a novel called "The Demon Venerable's Handbook," as a Liuxian Pearl.
In the original story, the Liuxian Pearl was an evil object that grew stronger by corrupting its master's heart. The male lead was born of a human and a demon, and was discriminated against. His parents died young, and he was bullied from childhood, growing into a cruel and sinister person. That was why the Liuxian Pearl chose him. Later, the female lead, who loved him most, was killed by the righteous sects while trying to save him. In the end, the male lead fell completely to darkness and became a Demon Venerable who killed without batting an eye.
At the story's conclusion, the Liuxian Pearl laughed skyward, eagerly awaiting the moment it would become powerful.
But the male lead's demonic power was too strong for it to withstand, and the Liuxian Pearl ultimately exploded and died.
Gu Yao, now a Liuxian Pearl: ???
To keep herself alive, Gu Yao absolutely won't let the male lead fall to darkness!
To hell with cruelty and sinister schemes, to hell with everyone bullying him, to hell with tragedy.
Please add my new story, "The Apple of His Eye [Reborn]!"
Blurb:
Li Yunshu is the most beautiful woman in the Great Liang dynasty, with cloudlike hair and the grace of a tranquil flower.
The daughter of a high-ranking official and the legitimate daughter of her household, Li Yunshu has been cherished since childhood.
In her previous life, Li Yunshu turned down an imperial marriage decree for Liu Han, defying everyone's advice to marry him. She thought she would be happy with him for the rest of her life, but then she discovered that Liu Han had never loved her. The person he loved most was actually her cousin.
Li Yunshu never imagined that she would ultimately be poisoned to death.
When she opened her eyes again, two years had passed. Li Yunshu realized she had been reborn.
In this new life, she only wants to do two things: live well, and stay away from Liu Han.
Theme:
This novel was recommended online and I was disappointed after reading it. The writing really needs work. The entire novel has no preface and follow-up, and is not clearly explained. It is rushed and perfunctory.
The first chapter says that the heroine's mother is dead and her brother is also dead. Why is it said in the middle that her mother is unconscious and the emperor gave her brother a gold medal to avoid death? How can it be used if they are all dead? So confused
Why is my surname now Lin and now Song, and the next chapter is not connected to the previous one? It seems very confusing and baffling.
It doesn't feel like it matches the text. I don't know if it's a writing problem or something else. The heroine is lifeless.
When I saw the copywriting, I felt that the writing style should be lighthearted and funny, but it was full of depressing and uncomfortable to watch, and it felt like the suspense was forcibly set up.
Spring apricot light bulb hahaha
I feel like Ye Xiusheng was reborn. Before his rebirth, he had some relationship with the heroine.
It feels so uncomfortable to watch. I always have to guess. What is that person, that thing, that thing?
Uh, when will it be repaired? Please update it quickly.
