"In Peach Blossom Cove stands a peach-blossom hut; beneath the hut lives a peach-blossom immortal. The peach-blossom immortal..." The woman walked through the peach grove, going farther and farther. She kept reciting the poem until she reached the end of the grove. Gazing at the human world in the stream and at her reflection in the water, she gave a self-mocking smile. "Who am I, really?"
No one knew where the woman was. Perhaps she didn't know herself, either. The squares were always shifting; perhaps she was right at the center.
