After Wu took him in, Gu Dan tended the vegetable garden, raised chickens and pigs, and lived a happy, carefree life. Wu Xinshen worked as a blacksmith in the village, but he seemed to be more than just a blacksmith. Having Gu Dan in his life made things more fun. When the bed collapsed, it was no big deal. He could just make a new one. Later, he returned to Gu Dan's hometown and discovered that his blacksmithing skills might be useless there. But he could still make a living and grow rich with his carpentry skills, building beds. A not-so-honest but devoted bottom X a not-so-honest but deeply affectionate top. We're happy just living our lives together. √ Reader note: The first part takes place in ancient times, the second in modern times. ★No historical nitpicking★ ★Original title: Water, Calm and Mist★ Latest serial, The Past of Clouds and Yue: That year, Yue Qian was a young slave who caught fish in the royal hunting grounds of the Rong Kingdom, living with too little food and clothing.
