Hello, colleagues. I'm an ordinary attendant at an ordinary citadel.
I've always raised my swords diligently and taken good care of my hair. I don't go berserk, fall to corruption, or take part in bed duty. I don't want to die from overindulgence, nor do I want to work myself to death young. My only career goal is to get the perfect attendance bonus every year and coast along peacefully until I reach retirement age.
So why does my supervisor keep assigning me dangerous extra work with no pay? Did my ancestors dig up his family's graves or something?
Rescuing swords shouldn't cost you your life. What kind of person does that?
Urgently seeking advice on what to do about a supervisor who keeps making my life difficult. Online now, and it's pretty urgent.
Oh, and that big jerk, Tsurumaru Kuninaga. I suspect he's a spy my rotten supervisor planted at my side.
But I like him. What should I do?
A record of the daily work and love life of an attendant at one citadel and her old Tsurumaru.
An anthology, with each story about a different attendant and her partner.
Probably updated monthly.
By monthly, I mean I'll try to post one story a month.
