With her mother gravely ill and dying, and her alcoholic father trying to sell her off for a bride price, Tian Miaomiao clutches her mother's farewell letter and resolutely boards a train bound for the big city.

A chance job interview leads her, by a twist of fate, to the very family mentioned in her mother's letter.

Tian Miaomiao clings to them without hesitation. It's not honorable, but her first priority is staying alive...

Chi Xiubai never imagined he'd ever have anything to do with Tian Miaomiao.

This girl who'd escaped the countryside was sallow, poorly dressed, barely educated, and ignorant of the world.

They were worlds apart.

She wasn't even worth a second glance.

But this girl actually used the fact that he'd once helped her to demand repayment, becoming a burden he couldn't shake off. With no other choice, Chi Xiubai arranged a job and a place to live for her.

Later, Tian Miaomiao blossomed under his care, transformed into a completely different person. He was startled to realize that this wildflower of a girl, so full of life, was incredibly captivating...

Wildflower Observation Log.

It held every little detail of her work life.

She thinks that all her unrealistic fantasies may not be so far-fetched anymore...
