Pre-registration for my upcoming novel, "Idol's Marking." Please add it to your reading list.
Synopsis below.
Blurb: This story is about (inhales)... a bubbly heroine who transmigrates into the Republican era, tries every way she can to take down her domineering male lead, but instead gets pinned down day and night. She then becomes Cupid, helping a little white rabbit from the Republican era sleep with her beloved idol, and together they live happily ever after, without a shred of shame... (The end.)
The point: Sweet romance.
Potential triggers and cute points: A light soul-transmigration sweet romance. Older man and younger woman, with a touch of raising her; a large age gap.
I'm terrible at writing blurbs, so I'll post bonus scenes from time to time.
[Bonus Scene 1]
Yao Father: "Son, I've arranged a betrothal for you. The girl is a little young..."
Yao Zhou: "How young?"
Yao Father: "You'll see."
A while later, a "little dumpling" was carried out by her wet nurse, sucking on her finger...
Yao Zhou: "...You arranged a match between me and an actual baby, didn't you?"
[Bonus Scene 2]
Little Dumpling: "Are you leaving? We only just met."
Man: "..."
Little Dumpling: "Could you walk a little slower? Are you showing off how long your legs are? My legs are long too. I may not be tall, but my proportions are great."
"Ah!" She slipped and fell straight into the man's arms.
Perfect!
The man swung the girl in his arms. "You have a face thicker than a city wall."
The little dumpling puffed out her cheeks. "Like this? Is this what thick-skinned means?"
The man smiled. "You, when did you get so mischievous?"
Um, when I came back to life in someone else's body...
[Bonus Scene 3]
"Could you pat me?" Bao Zhi asked, secretly hopeful.
Yao Zhou: "..." His big hand patted her shoulder again and again.
"Could you sing me a lullaby?" Bao Zhi pushed her luck.
Yao Zhou's hand paused in midair for a second. When it came down, Bao Zhi gave a little whimper and didn't dare ask for anything else.
There was another brief silence.
"Brother Yao Zhou..."
"Are you going to sleep or not?" Yao Zhou's voice dropped, carrying a hint of menace.
"I am~" Bao Zhi curled up under the covers and whispered, "I just wanted to hear you call me 'little girl.' That's what my mom calls me."
Yao Zhou's hand paused in midair again before landing as a gentle caress instead of a pat. "Go to sleep, little girl."
Mindless indulgence, domineering CEO style, naive heroine. If that's not your thing, read with caution.
Set in the Republican era, with fictional characters. No history, just romance.
No farewells in life or death, only sweet love.
Updates around 9 p.m. every night. Enjoy!
A 1v1 sweet little romance with a touch of growing up together, and plenty of sugar. I'm serious!
No angst, starting with me.
The sister story to "Dumpling, Kiss" is coming soon: "Bold Commoner Woman." Please visit my author page and add it to your reading list.
Blurb:
Bao Zhi was forced to come back to life in someone else's body. Her new body was weak and prone to fainting. The spirit medium Cui Jinhua said she was fated to live only seventeen years, and even after her soul returned, she wouldn't last long. Bao Zhi prepared herself to die at any moment, until she met him...
"Can I smell you?" Bao Zhi clutched the man's sleeve and inhaled his scent like an addict.
Zhong Kui raised an eyebrow. This bold commoner woman was sucking the vital essence right out of the Ghost King!
"Is it good?" Zhong Kui picked Bao Zhi up and swung her around in her "ill-fitting" body.
Bao Zhi's soul shuddered, and she fainted on the spot.
"What a nuisance." Zhong Kui carried the limp little woman in his arms. "I'm in a good mood today, so I'll reward you with a feast."
Much, much later, Bao Zhi hugged her clothes and limped toward the door.
"Stop." Zhong Kui propped himself up on one arm. The thin quilt slipped to his waist, revealing his broad chest and back, covered in scratches. "You bold commoner woman, trying to dine and dash?"
Bao Zhi's whole body was sore and aching. She wanted to cry but had no tears. "Mr. Zhong, which one of us is eating the other?"
Feeding Zhong Kui, King of the Underworld, X a gluttonous little ghost girl
The sister story to "Dumpling, Kiss." A sugar-filled romance, and I mean it.
Theme:
I've been looking for a novel about the Republic of China for a long time, but it's not good enough or too long. This novel is really an unexpected surprise! ! ! The male protagonist is a bit too big, but it really fits his role as a commander. Tiantiantian likes it very much! ! ! Please don't forget your Bai Yueguang and continue writing~
Stayed up late to finish the exam! ! ! ! ! ! Good looking
Super super super beautiful! ! !
Very very very very very beautiful
Hey, it's the end of October
Spread the flowers, spread the flowers, spread the flowers?
I often click on it to see if there have been changes, but I don't know where the changes have been made, so I feel anxious.
Spread flowers and wait for you to open the book
Actually, I really like novels about the Republic of China, but there aren't many novels like this.
The writing is so explicit. I was locked in it and then asked to read two chapters at a time. It was very enjoyable.
