That day, Jiang Liansheng had just finished his college entrance exams and was walking home, feeling completely carefree, when a ridiculously handsome guy in tattered clothes came charging out of some obscure corner.
Jiang Liansheng was stunned by the guy’s looks. Before he could recover, the handsome guy took his hand and gazed at him tenderly. “Young man, your forehead is dark. You’re destined to face a calamity in this life. Why not come with me? I’ll keep you safe for the rest of your life!”
Coming to his senses, Jiang Liansheng said, “What the hell????”
Later, after the handsome guy helped Jiang Liansheng fend off three disasters and misfortunes, Jiang Liansheng finally realized that everything the man had said was true.
Song Mingchao: “I told you I’m an immortal sent to protect you, and you still don’t believe me.”
Jiang Liansheng: “You can protect me, fine, but forget being an immortal. Get downstairs and buy groceries.”
