After Losing My Memory, I Returned to the Village to Farm

Top-focused =w=

In the ninth year of the Yuanhe era, seventeen-year-old Li Yue came first in the palace examinations, becoming the youngest top scholar in history.

He was in the limelight, enjoying a day among Chang'an's flowers.

Early the following year, a young man surnamed Li arrived in a remote little village.

His clothes were worn, his starry eyes clear, and his bearing noble.

The villagers asked, "Young man, who are you looking for?"

The young man took a marriage contract from his robes. "I'm here for my husband."

[You forgot everyone, but you never forgot me]

☆ This world has three genders: men, women, and ger. The love interest is a ger.

☆ An alternate history, not an accurate portrayal of ancient times. Lots of invented details, all in service of the plot. Don't nitpick.

☆ Rural life in the first half, imperial examinations and court politics in the second.

☆ The protagonist has a massive golden finger.

☆ I'm a student, so update frequency depends on how much homework I have.
