Bolivar and San Martin,
Together they laid the foundations for a newborn South America.
One from the north, one from the south, marching toward each other in the cause of liberation.
The flags they raised were stained red with the blood of countless South American soldiers, over the earnest, unassuming land.
Many people were more concerned about, or even anticipating, an apparently inevitable struggle for power within their ranks.
At last, the two men met in Peru, north and south united. After a night of secret talks,
a world-shaking decision was made.
San Martin surrendered command. His army joined forces with Bolivar's.
At the height of his glory, he quietly withdrew,
ceding the title of Liberator to the master of the north.
Then he began a wandering life that was almost a self-imposed exile...
What happened that night, that year, that lifetime...?
Great article! ! ! ! Why don't you write it? What a pity. In fact, when I read about this period of South American history in high school history class, I couldn't help but wonder in my mind, "What on earth happened that night between Bolivar and San Martin? Hahahahahaha."
When will it be updated again...
Sir, use your imagination and write the mystery of St. Martin's retirement in a bloody way, preferably with a bit of cruelty~
