Born in the Nineties

Slice of life / Nostalgic / Childhood sweethearts / Family matters A post-90s coming-of-age story, small lives in a great era When he was three, the teacher taught the children to sing, "My little face is like an apple." Xie Xun couldn't help leaving a faint bite mark on Ming Qiangwei's apple-red cheek. Her earth-shattering wails rang through the skies. When she was nineteen, "Little Apple" was released. Ming Qiangwei suddenly remembered that day, a smile appearing in her eyes. Her fingertips brushed her left cheek, reaching across time to touch his lips. When she was twenty-four, a proposal full of surprises and mishaps. Xie Xun pulled out a ring shaped like a red apple and vowed to spend his life with Ming Qiangwei. When she was twenty-six, while they were traveling to take their wedding photos, Xie Xun brought out his "Pandemic Prevention Volunteer" certificate and traded it for an apple-shaped pillow for Ming Qiangwei. When she was thirty, Ming Qiangwei told her daughter a fairy tale. When she got to the part where the queen poisoned Snow White with a red apple, the little girl burst into tears and refused to eat apples anymore. Ming Qiangwei helplessly asked her husband for help. "You calm her down." The man crouched down and knelt before the little girl. "Do you know what 'You are the apple of my eye' means?" He gazed lovingly at Ming Qiangwei. "It means you are my precious darling." "Time is an everlasting red apple, gently keeping you and me company." Theme: Growing and changing alongside the times
