[Crossover] Being a Mary Sue Is So Much Fun

Omaeda Yuko is a sixteen-year-old girl, so ordinary that even she can't help commenting on how overwhelmingly ordinary her life is. She's just a regular high school girl. On her sixteenth birthday, in the throes of her chuunibyou phase, she secretly made a wish over the candles: [I want to become a Mary Sue]. But, as if fate were playing a cruel joke on her, she got an answer... [...I understand. It may be a bit difficult right now, but I'll do my best to make your wish come true.] And that was where it all began. A few warnings: 1. A gleefully dark story, with a tragic ending guaranteed. The early chapters have a goofy, lighthearted, parody-filled old-school Mary Sue plot. I haven't written a sweet little story in ages, so some parts may feel like forced comedy. I've also been influenced by Japanese light novels, so some descriptions may come across as awkward. Please read with caution. 2. Some inspiration and worldbuilding come from horror games. I wanted to wait until the story was complete before adding this note, but better safe than sorry. Though, at this point, this note is already a spoiler... (sob) 3. I'll add more if I think of anything. Yay! Theme: Superstition is best avoided.
